Yahoo! is set to be Ebay’s exclusive provider for graphic ads throughout the entire auction site. In return Yahoo! has picked Ebay’s PayPal to allow a means of payment for all Yahoo! web services.

This new partnership is a step in the right direction for Yahoo! to get back in contention with the likes of Google and Microsoft.
